Apply 6 drops to a diffuser, aromatherapy lamp, oil burner, bath or dilute in a carrier oils and use as a body oil. Always dilute before use.

Orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri are shipped the same day. The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and should be with you the next working day although not guaranteed. You may choose special delivery for orders guaranteed by 1pm at an additional cost shown at checkout. Larger orders may be via courier, these may take up to 2 days to arrive. How do you suggest I use this?
Add 5 drops of Menopause Essential Oil Blend to a tissue (handkerchief) and carry with you when on the move (place in a small plastic bag to preserve the aroma) - inhale when needed.
Add up to 6 drops of Menopause Essential Oil Blend to the running water in a bath and relax for at least 30 minutes.
Add up to 5 drops of Menopause Essential Oil per 10ml of a carrier oil and massage into the back, neck and shoulders.
Add 5 drops of Menopause Essential Oil to an oil burner or vaporiser.
