Super Yummy Energy Boosting Nut Butter Fat Bombs

Feeling sluggish after the Bank hols and need an energy fat boost? Try these mega yummy Nut butter Fat bombs. So simple and delicious and a great way of increasing fat intake.

Ingredients: 1 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup Organic raw Cacoa Powder

1 cup natural almond butter or nut butter of choice

10 ish drop of liquid stevia or as desired

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: Throw in a small handful of Organic Raw Cacoa nibs for a super choc boost and/or top with an almond or walnut for double fat goodness.

Method: Melt the coconut oil and whisk in the cacao and almond or nut butter until no lumps remain, add pinch sea salt and stevia drops to taste. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture each into small paper cup cake cups. Refrigerate or freeze until hard. Store in the refrigerator.
